Dear American Prep Families,
In our first email we forgot to include the great news that meals will be free to all students during the 2021-22 school year!
We still encourage you to submit an application for these reasons:
- Each student who qualifies for Free or Reduced meal benefits will receive $375 on a debit card as part of the summer Pandemic EBT benefit program. Submit your application by August 1, 2021 to secure this benefit for your students.
- Qualifying for other programs – you may also choose to apply if you need verification of participation for other programs such as sports, internet access, ACT Testing, farmers market access etc.
- We ask ALL parents to fill out an application, even if they do not qualify or plan to participate in the National School Lunch Program. This information is kept confidential and is important to APA as we seek funding for our students.
