Mr. Young has served on the board since 2018 and is currently the board Treasurer and on the board’s Audit Committee. He currently works for the Utah State Legislature in the Office of Legislative Fiscal Analysts as a Senior Economist. Mr. Young has a Bachelors in Arts in Economics and a Bachelors in Science in Applied Physics from the University of Utah. He also has a Ph.D. in Financial Economics.
